Deposit Info:

Deposits paid by credit card will be "held" and not run. Deposits are then paid in cash upon arrival. Deposits are returned at the end of trip if and when equipment is returned per rental agreement. If you fail to show up or are late for your reserved trip, your card will be charged the deposit fee. Rental fees are due upon arrival and may be paid by check, credit card or cash. Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of trip or any reduction in number of equipment reserved must be called in or e-mailed 5 days prior to your trip for deposit refund. We run rain or shine. Deposits will be returned if we cancel your trip due to high water.

Important to arrive 30 minutes before departure time!

Reservation and deposit may be lost if you are not registered 30 minutes before your departure time. Be Late and Be Left!
